Justin Klosterman joined the HIWT family as an Evening Rick Franceschina has joined the HIWT family as an

his skills in GMAW and fabrication. Justin’s knowledge of forward to sharing his knowledge and experience with the
our program, welding, and fabrication skills will be a great students at HIWT. His experience ranges from aerospace
addition to our team. Justin lives in Huber Heights with his welding to sheet metal work in HVAC. Rick’s vast knowledge,
family and enjoys golfing and watching NFL football. experience, and skill will be a great benefit to our students.
Rick resides in Cincinnati, OH. In his spare time he enjoys
riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle and taking care of his
new home.
