Hobart Institute of Welding Technology just released complete training courseware for Common Arc Welding Processes. This
is a great training tool for industry and educational facilities that want to offer an introduction to welding without the “hands-
on” training applications. The curriculum includes two DVDs and an Instructor Guide that includes training guidelines, the
written test answer key, and the popular Hobart Institute Welding Guide student book.

Topics include a course overview, safety topics, and an introduction to shielded metal arc welding, gas metal arc welding, flux
cored arc welding, and gas tungsten arc welding. It also provides information about consumables for the various arc welding
processes. Each topic is presented in an easy-to-understand format that is appropriate for entry-level welding students, sales
personnel, welding supervisors, or anyone in industry that has a desire to learn about welding.

The training package includes two DVDs (10 topics), the Instructor Guide (1 student book, written tests and answer keys.) List
