program? What are some of the typical
career paths followed by others who
have started out as welders? Our certified
welders have more opportunities to move to
different departments and ultimately have
a higher earning potential at Cascade. A
Hobart certificate coupled with a strong work
performance is an excellent foundation to
progress to other positions within our facility.
