Career Development Team Attends
National FFA Convention

At the end of October, members from HIWTs Career Development
team attended the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis. We
had a great time meeting and networking with FFA members and
their instructors from across the country. We spent three days
at the trade show educating students and instructors about our
welding programs at HIWT. Students also had the opportunity to
use our augmented welder to showcase their welding skills. A
major highlight to our trip was getting to see Garth Brooks live in
concert. We had a great time meeting FFA studets from all over
the USA. We look forward to attending National Convention again
in 2019.
