OXYACETYLENE WELDING COURSEWARE RELEASED

Welding instructors and corporate trainers will be eager to incorporate the completely new,
long-anticipated and latest release of Oxyacetylene Welding, Brazing, and Cutting program
from Hobart Institute of Welding Technology into their training programs. The new DVDs
have been completely revised with all-new live shots of the process, graphics, and scripts. The
associated training materials have been completely revised to accompany the DVDs.

This course is recommended as an entry-level curriculum to teach welding, brazing and cutting
techniques and hand-eye coordination associated with good puddle control and filler addition.

2012 courseware.

The course provides training to develop the manual skill necessary to produce quality fillet
welds, square groove welds and V-groove welds in all positions. Skill is also developed in the
areas of flame cutting mild steel plate and the health and safety of welders is accented. The
complete curriculum includes DVDs, an instructor guide (including instructor materials, 1 student workbook, 1 technical guide,
answer key for tests), and written tests (50 copies of each).
