the whole time Chief telling funny real life stories of the welding in
the US Navy Seabees, helping other especially homeless veterans,
the just being the chief with teaching us to have a sense of purpose
in life .

Throughout the trip he taught us lessons, lessons about his personal
hammer –drill he used for the project, the importance of painting
and the reward of eating healthy. Over all it was a fun trip. Anyone
could tell it was a shop trip with its laughter, goofy ness and all the
pictures to remember that day.

Right now I’m a senior and like a leaf, started green like everyone
else but eventually I will turn into my own color and chart a course
of a metal workers/welders life. I don’t know what color, but I know
it’s my own.
