Joel Baden joined the Hobart
Institute of Welding Technology
team as a skill instructor. Joel
graduated from HIWT in 2010
with perfect attendance. He
worked for Huntington Ingalls
in Newport News, Virginia for
4.5 years.

Joel resides in Troy, Ohio. He
also enjoys anything outdoors,
hunting and spending time with
Joel Baden family.

I have always wanted to work at HIWT. I love to
help others and Im looking to bring my real world
welding experience to the current students of
HIWT.
