Hasting Takes 1st Place At Ohio FFA Event

Congratulations to Zach Hasting,
who recently won 1st place at
the 2015 Ohio Future Farmers of
America (FFA) state event. Zach
won over the judges with his
Supervised Agricultural Experiment
(SEA) project. He focused his
project around refurbishing and
restoring his very own antique
tractors as well as working on other
mowers, cars, and motorcycles.
Zach will be a senior at Covington
High School, and will be spending
his summer break taking welding
classes at HIWT.

HIWT would also like to
congratulate all of the
other winners from the
Ohio FFA event!

Zach is the son of Mark Hastings. Mark is the Certifcation Testing Specialist for HIWT.
