Welding Jobs, How Many Are There?
There are literally thousands of welding jobs posted on the internet. If you want those jobs, you
need to know how to take and pass a weld test.
Recently I attended the AWS Instructors Institute in Miami, FL where I had the privilege of
presenting to the conference attendees.
A skill trade through education from any of the many prestigious welding schools in the US is
all about the same end result, make students job ready. Teaching them all the necessary skills
and muscle memory that allows them the best chance to pass any welding skill test that an
employer requires for employment is how students get there.
If we get into the weeds at a ground level view, here is what Hobart Institute experiences on a daily basis. Looking
