            A PERFECT PASS




            Traveling  from Smith’s Parish, Bermuda,  Jibreel  Talbot
            arrived at Hobart Institute in late November to take an Arc
            Welding Inspection and Quality Control course.

            “I wanted to assure that our company has an excellent quality
            control  program,”  said  Jibreel,  who  has  obtained  all  of  his
            welding certifications through the Hobart Institute.

            Jibreel is the owner of Perfect Pass Welding & Diving Services,
            a full-service  mobile  welding  company  that  specializes  in
            a wide variety  of custom welding  and fabricating  services.
