Colton Troy Hawk, 23, and his mother, Darla Dawn and James Pettit of New
Hoffman, 42, both of New Haven, West Virginia, passed Haven, Carla and David
away as a result of an automobile accident on Ohio 124 in Tulloh of New Haven,
Syracuse, Ohio on July 6, 2013. Joy Fields of Hartford,

Colton was born on April 9, 1990, in Point Pleasant, West and Melissa Hoffman
