as well as give them a chance to learn more about Loenbro.
During an interview we like to keep it a casual atmosphere with
conversation and minimal structured questions. There are a few
questions that we do like to hear from our candidates:
What is one of your greatest strengths?
What is a weakness or something you feel like you could
work on?
How do you handle stressful or pressure situations?
What would you say is one of your great accomplishments?
What is your dream job? (This can be anything and

We Take Action, We Do What We Say, We Lead By Example, We
Do The Right Thing, and We Practice Stewardship. These are the
things that cannot be taught. Aside from the unteachable skills,
having the skills and abilities to pass the Loenbro weld test is also
very important.

some of the typical career paths followed by others who
have started out as welders?
Loenbro prides itself on providing the opportunities for growth
to our employees throughout their career. We are hopeful that
those who begin their career as a welder with us will continue
