Hobart Handler 140 Winner Announced

Hobart Institute of Welding Technology Combination
Structural and Pipe Program graduate Michael Uselton
was the fall winner of the Hobart Handler 140 Welder.
Michael graduated in March 2020 and accepted a
position with BAE Systems Norfolk Ship Repair and
Norfolk, VA. Michael is a United States Air Force Veteran
serving six years in Security Forces. We wish Michael
the best at BAE and hopes he enjoys his new welder.
6-month Structural Welding Program and 10-month
Combination Structural & Pipe Welding Program
graduates have an opportunity to win the following
reward if you notify us you are employed in welding
related field. Graduates must submit all required
information, in its entirety, on the Occupational
Graduate Employment Questionnaire, HIWT’s
employment postcard, or contact a Career Development
Representative. Notify us within 90 days of graduation
and you will be entered to win a Hobart Welder.
