IN MEMORIAM
KYLE MOORE
Kyle Patrick Moore, Age 18 of Newaygo, Michigan died suddenly Thursday,
February 9, 2012 as a result of an automobile crash near Troy, Ohio where he
was enrolled at Hobart Institute of Welding Technology.
Kyle was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the son of Violet M. (Redinger)
and Robert W. Moore on September 27, 1993. He attended St. Bartholomew
Catholic Church in Newaygo. Kyle was a 2011 graduate of Newaygo High
School. He was an avid sportsman and especially enjoyed bowhunting and
fishing.
Kyle is survived by his mother Violet Redinger and her fiancée, Jim Dey, Sr., of
Newaygo; his father Robert Moore of Muskegon; his brothers Tray Moore of
Howard City and Nathan Moore of Newaygo; his grandmothers Iris Redinger
of Newaygo and Malita & Paul Balciar of Youngstown, OH; his niece Kallyn Moore; many cousins, aunts and uncles;
his close friends Matt Sorden, Robert (Bert) Richards, Paul Sanders, Cody Tonken and many, many more friends and
acquaintances. Kyle was preceded in death by his grandfather Fred Redinger.
Memorial services were held on Wednesday, February 15 at the Newaygo County Sportsman Club near Newaygo.

BENJAMIN FORD
Benjamin Franklin Ford, 72, of Sprudell, Arkansas, died Tuesday, February 7,
2012, at his home.
Mr. Ford was born September 14, 1939, in Sprudell. He was a master welder and
welding instructor at Hobart Institute of Welding Technology. He was preceded
in death by one son, Benjamin Allen Ford.
Survivors include his wife, Sharice; five sons, Jerry, Dennis, Douglas, Sean Patton
and Demarcus Thornton; four daughters, Via Atkins, Betty Jean “Petey” Keith,
Kristy Atkins and Demesha Ford; six stepchildren, Tinisha Muldrow, Tawana
Hussey, Clark Muldrow jr., Annette Shelton, Laynnette Shelton and Utsey
Shelton; two brothers Jerry Kern and Richrd Ford; three sisters, Jerdie Richards,
Dorothy Puckett and Velma Jean Trotter; and a number of other relatives.
Services were held at Charity Missionary Baptist Church, Fulton, Arkansas, with the Revs. Jessie Henry and James
Jackson officiating. Burial was in Moore’s Cemetery, Fulton, under the direction of Hicks Funeral Home.
